Onishi, a part of Fujioka in the mountains, is known for its momiji (Japanese maples) and fuyuzakura (Winter-blooming cherries). It is difficult to catch the two together at peak season, but we keep trying! We were a little early for the fuyuzakura this year, but the momiji were nice!

Such bold red colors!

The fuyuzakura

Aaaand then night, when my camera can’t take good pictures anymore, so I quit xd

Short and sweet, but it was a nice little place to visit!

BTW, I’m trying something new by adding a larger image first. How is it?
